Stick No Bills®, the officially licensed vintage poster art and fine art print specialists are launching for the very first time in the British Isles alongside IND!E, the market leaders in projecting emerging brands into major retail spaces.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Stick No Bills® to help bring their exceptional collection of licensed vintage travel art to the UK market. Their passion for preserving and celebrating iconic poster art aligns perfectly with IND!E’s mission to elevate unique, high-quality brands into major retail spaces.
Together, we are excited to offer British consumers the chance to own a piece of history with these stunning fine art prints that capture the spirit of a bygone era of travel and adventure.” – Matthew Hopkins, Co-founder of IND!E
The inaugural Stick No Bills® British Aviation Art Series includes outstanding historic graphic artworks produced by the greatest illustrators of their day on order of the early 20th Century’s most pioneering airlines to inspire a first generation of transatlantic jet setters to take to the skies.
“We have been working for many years on the revival of this collection of 32 historic destination marketing posters sourced from our licensor’s archives. I’m delighted to be bringing our premium edition fine art prints of the original vintage artefacts to London in collaboration with IND!E under authorisation of our trademark licensors British Airways and their legendary American rival airline Pan American Airways LLC. These are the first of many magnificent airline poster artworks we are proud to be reviving over the years to come.” – Meg Gage Williams, Stick No Bills® CEO
After fourteen years of innovation in Asia, Europe and the Middle East at the intersection of the travel, fashion, sports and art markets, Stick No Bills® best-selling fine art prints will be presented, both framed and unframed, at The Big Christmas Press Show, a powerful collaboration of brands, retailers, and media brought together by the CIJ group. The show takes place in London on Wednesday 11th September at The Business Design Centre.
“Since my husband and I founded our first gallery in Sri Lanka in 2011 while we were also running a surf hotel, we had this idea of creating an encyclopaedic collection of vibrant, hand illustrated destination marketing posters to remind people of the magic of travel, of being curious and open to having your mind changed during epic expeditions overseas,” adds Meg.
Fixed percentages of Stick No Bills® net proceeds on all sales in the United Kingdom after the company’s official licensors and partners have been paid their dues will be donated to the World Land Trust (WLT), the international conservation charity that protects the planet’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats.
